About Polaris Shift
Polaris Shift began in 2017 when a small group of consultants in Bangkok decided to approach business advisory differently. Rather than arriving with frameworks already drawn, we wanted to sit with the complexity of each client's situation first — asking questions, observing operations, and understanding the people who keep things running before offering any direction at all.
That deliberate pace turned out to be something organizations appreciated. Over the years, we have worked with companies across manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and financial services throughout Thailand. What connects these engagements is not the industry but the approach: a willingness to meet each organization where it actually is, not where a textbook says it should be.
Our office on Wireless Road sits in the heart of Bangkok's commercial center, and that location reflects our focus — we are close to the pulse of Thai business, with team members who understand both regional dynamics and the realities of working across cultures.
Today, we serve organizations ranging from mid-size Thai enterprises to regional arms of multinational firms. What stays constant is a belief that good consulting means building clarity together — not handing down answers from a distance.

Our Standards
The way we work matters as much as the work itself. These commitments shape every engagement.
Data Confidentiality
Non-disclosure agreements are standard. We limit access to sensitive materials and maintain strict data handling protocols for all client information.
Research Integrity
Our competitive analyses use verified sources and transparent methodology. We present findings without exaggeration, even when the picture is complex.
Stakeholder Respect
We treat your teams as collaborators. Interview processes are conducted with sensitivity, and individual contributions remain confidential within our reports.
Clear Scope Agreements
Every engagement is defined in a written scope document. Changes go through a formal review so both parties remain aligned on expectations and costs.
Continuous Learning
Our consultants regularly attend regional conferences and participate in professional development. Staying current matters when the advice you offer shapes decisions.
Ethical Practice
We do not take on competing clients within the same market segment without disclosure. Transparency with our clients comes before commercial opportunity.
What Guides Our Work
At the core of Polaris Shift is a straightforward idea: organizations make better decisions when they have clear information and a thoughtful outside perspective. Business consulting in Bangkok has sometimes carried a reputation for jargon-heavy advice that stays on the shelf. We have built our practice to counter that.
Each project starts with understanding — the business model, the internal culture, the competitive pressures, and the aspirations of leadership. We work in English and Thai, and our familiarity with regional business customs means recommendations are culturally appropriate, not just analytically sound.
Whether the task involves mapping out a technology integration path, assessing how a company sits relative to peers, or helping teams navigate a restructuring, we bring the same disposition: careful attention, honest reporting, and a respect for the people doing the daily work.
